
1. Foundation and Installation Environment: The base must have pre-embedded channel steel or installed shock absorbers to ensure level stability; it must be installed indoors in a well-ventilated area, with sufficient space for heat dissipation (e.g., a minimum clearance of 0.6m from the rear/side wall); external fans must not blow directly onto the transformer casing.
2. Accessories and Temperature Control System Installation: The PT100 or temperature controller probe must be inserted into the designated temperature measurement hole or tied to the hottest point of the low-voltage winding; the fan must be installed and wired according to the drawings; the protective casing must meet IP20 or higher standards.
3. Wiring and Safety Distance: Maintain a safety distance of at least 25mm between live parts and the casing; leads for the same load or power supply must pass through the same knockout hole.
