1. Disconnect the high and low voltage cables and test their insulation separately. 2. Inspect the cables and connection devices . 3. If the problem is internal, the cables must be returned to the factory for repair. |

abnormally high operating temperature |
Severe overload, inter-turn short circuit, core short circuit, poor heat dissipation |
1. Measure the load current to determine if there is an overload. 2. Check the ventilation and clean the heat sink. 3. Measure the DC resistance of the windings after power is off. |

abnormal noise or vibration |
Loose iron core/windings, unstable foundation, load harmonic interference |
1. Tighten visible external fasteners. 2. A sharp "squeaking" sound may indicate internal electrical discharge. 3. Loose internal parts require factory repair. |

Grounding system failure |
1. Stop the machine immediately . 2. Check the grounding wire and measure the grounding resistance. 3. Do not restore power until the fault has been resolved. |

1. Locate the oil leak. 2. Take an oil sample for chromatographic analysis. 3. Filter or change the oil, or return the oil to the factory, depending on the situation. |
