The power distribution project for the Vanke Cuiwan · Yuelanyuan residential compound, undertaken by our company, has reached a major milestone: a full set of high and low voltage switchgear, dry-type transformers, and a compact substation have been delivered in batches to the construction site. This marks the official start of the intensive installation phase for the electrical scope, laying a solid foundation for on time delivery and reliable power supply to the residential area.

The delivered power equipment covers all necessary types and includes a large quantity: 19 units of KYN28 high-voltage switchgear, 48 units of GCS low-voltage switchgear, 8 dry type transformers, and one 250kVA pad mounted transformer. The entire set features advanced workmanship, high protection, energy efficient and stable operation, as well as enhanced safety, low losses, and high intelligence. These units fully meet the total power load requirements of high rise residential buildings, public facilities, underground garages, and landscape lighting – creating a safe, efficient, and green power distribution network for the compound.

During equipment transport and site entry, the project team planned the transport routes in advance, detailed the unloading and lifting plans, and ensured comprehensive protection against moisture, shock, and vibration. Despite the challenges of large dimension equipment and difficult on site handling, the team successfully completed vehicle arrival, on site inventory, visual inspection, and document verification. All parties strictly checked the delivery against the packing list to confirm model, quantity, and accessories, ensuring rigorous quality control at the entry stage. The entire process was safe, efficient, and well organized.

As a key supporting project for quality residential living, the power distribution for Vanke Cuixiang · Yuelanyuan directly affects residents' moving in experience and electrical safety. Since the start of the project, our project department has scientifically coordinated material production schedules, closely monitored manufacturing and delivery timelines, worked with multiple parties to secure the supply chain, and seized the optimal construction window to ensure the timely arrival of large volumes of complete electrical equipment.
Going forward, the project department will strictly follow safety construction regulations, control installation quality standards, and properly arrange cross work schedules. Subsequent tasks – including switchgear positioning, busbar connection, transformer lifting, system wiring, and commissioning – will be steadily carried out. We will race against the schedule while maintaining quality, strive to complete the entire power delivery milestone on schedule, and support the successful handover of the project – demonstrating our professional electrical construction capabilities and corporate responsibility.
