Under the national dual control of energy consumption and the upgrading of energy efficiency standards, old high-loss transformers are being phased out, and low-loss transformers are becoming the mainstream in the market. Their core process upgrades focus on six dimensions:
1. Raw Material Upgrade: Using high-grade ultra-low-loss oriented silicon steel sheets to reduce core hysteresis and eddy current losses from the source;
2. Core Structure Upgrade: Replacing traditional stacked cores with a three-dimensional wound core structure to eliminate splicing losses and significantly reduce no-load losses;
3. Coil Process Upgrade: Using high-precision foil winding and transposed conductor technology to optimize the winding structure and reduce load losses;
4. Insulation System Upgrade: Using high-end, high-temperature resistant, low-loss insulation materials and optimizing the heat dissipation oil channel design to reduce temperature rise losses;
5. Fully Sealed Structure Upgrade: Preventing moisture, dust ingress, and oil deterioration, ensuring that long-term operating losses do not surge;
6. Precision Machining Upgrade: Fully CNC machining to minimize process errors and optimize electromagnetic parameter matching.
The upgraded S20, S22, and SCB18 series low-loss transformers have a 20%-30% reduction in overall losses compared to the older S11 model. The price difference can be recovered through electricity savings within 1-3 years, resulting in significant long-term economic benefits.
