Installation Standards for Key Accessories: The gas (Buchholz) relay must be installed horizontally on the connecting pipe between the tank and the conservator, with the arrow pointing toward the conservator; the connecting pipe between the conservator and the breather must maintain a slope of at least 2%; cooling units require a seal test before and after installation.
3. Vacuum Oil Filling and Settling: Vacuum treatment is mandatory prior to oil filling to remove air and moisture; transformers rated at 10 kV and below require a settling period of at least 5 hours, while large-capacity transformers require at least 12 hours.
Sealing and Leakage Inspection: Oil-resistant gaskets must be used for flange connections, with rubber gasket compression not exceeding one-third of the gasket's thickness; a comprehensive inspection of radiators, valves, bushing bases, and other components is required.
