Product Overview
The 80kVA oil immersed distribution transformer is a three phase oil immersed distribution transformer. Its body employs a new insulation structure, improving short circuit withstand capability. The core is made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheets. The high voltage windings are all made of high quality oxygen free copper wire and feature a multi layer cylindrical structure. All fasteners undergo special anti loosening treatment. The small power transformer is characterized by high efficiency and low loss, saving significant amounts of electricity and operating costs, resulting in substantial social benefits. It is a high tech product promoted by the state.
The 80kVA oil immersed distribution transformer is a fully sealed transformer. Compared to ordinary oil immersed transformers, it eliminates the oil conservator. Changes in oil volume are automatically adjusted and compensated for by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets in the corrugated tank. The transformer is isolated from air, preventing and slowing down oil deterioration and insulation aging.

1. What capacity and voltage ranges are available?
Capacities from 50 kVA up to 200,000 kVA (200 MVA). Primary voltage up to 220 kV, secondary voltage from 0.4 kV to 35 kV. Custom designs available.
2. Can I install an oil immersed transformer at high altitude (above 1000m)?
Yes, but derating is required. Cooling efficiency drops at high altitude. Always specify altitude when ordering so we can adjust design.
