Product Overview
The 8000kVA oil immersed power transformer is equipped with OFAF forced oil circulation air cooling technology to meet the heat dissipation requirements of large capacity, high load operation. The core of this technology consists of a submersible oil pump, cooler, fan, and control system, representing a highly efficient forced cooling method. Its transformere working principle involves drawing hot oil from the upper layer of the transformer tank using the submersible oil pump, pressurizing it, and sending it to the cooler. Combined with forced airflow from the fan, the oil quickly dissipates heat.
The cooled oil then flows back from the bottom of the tank, forming a closed loop circulation that continuously cools the core and windings, achieving forced oil temperature control. This technology significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency compared to conventional oil immersed air cooling, allowing for precise control of the operating oil temperature and preventing overheating damage from prolonged high load operation. It also features a compact structure, strong adaptability, and suitability for complex outdoor environments. Furthermore, it eliminates significant fan noise interference, making it easy to identify abnormal sounds during operation and further ensuring long term stable operation.
